About Us

Mohamed Meshack Gea, Founder and Executive Director of Dynamic community Impact Organization and Moana Tanzania charity travel company, was born on 25th of December 1994. Next to his studies he was a president of AIESEC in Kilimanjaro. He has Diploma in Microfinance Management and Community Development.

On 5th May 2012, Gea became the president of Moshi Junior Council. From that moment, he was both representing the children of the Kilimanjaro region in the Junior Council of the United Republic of Tanzania and he was elected as delegate of the Junior Council of the United Republic of Tanzania.

The Junior Council is for children under 18 thus when Gea turned 19, he left the Junior Council. After he finished his term in Junior Council he continued educating people about child right and community issues through his Facebook account. He received a lot of good responses from people and this led him to create a Facebook page especially for child matters and he called it Mimi na Watoto(I and the children). After Malala Yousafzai won the Nobel Prize 2014, he came up with the idea to change the name to Sisi na Watoto ( We and the Children). On 16th of June 2016, Day of the African child, Sisi na Watoto was registered as Community Based Organization (CBO) and was allowed to operate only in the rural district of Moshi, Kilimanjaro region. In 2018 he expended Sisi na Watoto to focus also on other vulnerable groups, such as women and disabled people.

On 20th of December 2018, the organization was registered as a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) under the new name of DYNAMIC COMMUNITY IMPACT ORGANIZANION. The organization now operates legally in Tanzania mainland and is based in the Kilimanjaro region. Sisi na Watoto (We and The Children) is the department of Dynamic Community Impact Org which deals with child matters.
