Overcrowding: Although the Tanzanian government aims to limit the number of students in each classroom to 45, some overcrowded classrooms have as many as 150+ students.
Insufficient resources: Both teachers and students are devoid of sufficient resources, including instructional materials and additional readings.
Poor infrastructure: Termite infestations, rain erosion, and shoddy construction frequently make classrooms dangerous.
Teacher shortages: Teachers are in limited supply, particularly in the public sector.
Learning challenges: Reading is hard for students, and learning is frequently based on tests.Disparity between urban and rural schools: The workforce of urban and rural schools differ significantly.
Our Project is tailored to empower students and teachers to have a good or suitable surrounding environment for learning and teaching.
We focus mainly on classrooms renovation, but also we do renovations to other schools infrastructure/buildings such as laboratories, libraries, toilets, sports pitches etc according to the needs of schools and fund available at that time.
