The Problem

We are empowering women and youth to find ways to financially meet all their family’s needs. Many women especially in rural areas own little to nothing as most of the family wealth is owned by men who decide how to use the family’s resources. Most women do not have access to financial resources limiting their access to health care and other social services and increasing the likelihood of abuse and health problems.

The Solution

We help establish self-reliance activities to both women and youth. Teaching women and youth entrepreneur activities such as sewing, small scale farming and other handcrafting skills help them in supporting their families and become more independent.
